Favre Pussies Out & We’ve ALL Got Problems

Posted in Politics, Sports by thedumpsterbaby on March 5, 2008

Brett Favre, one of football’s “all-time best QBs” announced his retirement yesterday. Which in my opinion is for pussies. I mean, I don’t have a job, so I’m not necessarily one to lecture about work ethics, but dude’s still got a few good seasons left in him for sure. Plus, retirement scares the shit out of me. I mean, whats left? A few years of banality and boredom while your body whithers away to nothingness and then you die. GREAT. Sign me up. Maybe we the NFL should set up a seniors league. That would actually be hilarious. Can you imagine the number of bones broken during one game of senior football? And who doesn’t LOVE watching old people suffer?

In other news, I read part of an article by Heidi Przybyla today about how “Obama has an ‘Archie Bunker’ problem.” Well, guess what, I got beef with that guy too. He was a jerk. And as far as Obama goes, at least I know how to pronounce his name without having to consult any European pronunciation guide. Przybyla. I have no idea how one would pronounce that. Perhaps the author in question should spend a little more time thinking about THAT: how her name effects other people, and a little LESS time worrying about Obama’s problems.

Who cares what peoples last names are??? My name is Przybyla too. How is that an insult? What negative assumption could you possibly draw from someones last name unless you are a total bigot? America is a country of immigrants brainiac, we have names from all over the world, even the dreaded… EASTERN EUROPE. You say she should spend more time thinking about her last name than the presidential campaign, you have very strange priorities for what one should do with their intelligence. Yes yes, forget about whose running the country, just focus on the devastation your causing some blogger because his brain will explode if he tries to pronounce a hard to pronounce name. You make it sound as though having a hard to pronounce name is somehow a problem for you, no one expects you to be able to pronounce it, it becomes the problem of the beholder and absolutely none of you business or issue. This woman is a political reporter, she’s doing her job, whether her name is Jones or Hjklleilkfhpqjfklwk.

You don’t even have a job and you are implying she should spend her time thinking about her name? You should spend your time getting educated and expanding your vocabulary beyond the word “pussy”. Your a dick. You only read part of the article anyway, Dick.

Nope I didn’t Google it, it was forwarded to me by another przybyla who found it equally ignoramus. I don’t spend much time “thinking about my name”, sorry, it just seems like a waste of time. But that shouldn’t stop you, go ahead and “think” about it all you want, I hope you arrive at a resolution that de-twists your brain out of this monstrous dilemma. BTW there are many out there… Przybyla Przybylski Przybylo Przybyls, etc. I have 3 at my company in NYC alone, get with the times or the times will get you oh uninformed blogger.

I think about my name all the time. My name kicks ass though, so it’s more of a leisure activity than a problem.

I must admit, that pronunciation’s pretty lulzy.
